Misconception 1 - Rice bran oil is unhealthy?

Due to its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, it may increase triglyceride levels and the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, excessive use of rice bran oil can pose risks associated with its consumption.


Misconception 5 - Using rice bran oil affects the taste and texture of food.


The final misconception is that using rice bran oil for cooking can affect the taste and texture of food, making it bitter or turning it yellow. However, when cooking with rice bran oil, it imparts a fresh flavor to the food and does not make it bitter or yellow.
